Sitting at the counter, the teppan is close by, and just watching the cooking process lifts my spirits. The yakisoba has a wonderful aroma of sauce, and its perfect texture kept me engrossed until the very end. The specialty okonomiyaki is filled with plenty of Chinese noodles and green onions, leaving a fluffy texture that is impressive. The juicy sirloin and large king oyster mushrooms were cooked to perfection on the teppan, bringing out a lot of umami. The udon broth is Kansai-style with a gentle flavor, and the tororo kombu and tenkasu provide a nice accent. Even the small dishes and salad are carefully prepared, making it a place that can be enjoyed casually whether alone or with friends.
