The other day, we went to Iida City, Nagano Prefecture, for a camp for good food. Iida City is a paradise for yakiniku lovers, with the highest number of yakiniku restaurants per capita in Japan🥇🙌🙌🙌! After our first restaurant, Tokuyama, we went to Towa Yakiniku 🐄, which we learned about from a friend. The outside and inside of the restaurant are quite austere and nice 👍 ▪️ Kalbi (900 yen) Not Karubi, but Karubi (important)❗️😂 Sounds cute 😊. What came out was too plain meat with no undercooked taste at all 🍖😂 clean as a whistle 🙌🙌! The meat was good and the dipping sauce was excellent, I liked it very much 😋😋😋. I wish I had this garlic dipping sauce at home 🤔. ▪️ boiled rape blossoms The boiled rape blossoms that came with the entrée 🌼 I can't describe it well, but this is what it looks like. I can't describe it well, but I'm so happy to have this as an appetizer 😚. We were so happy to have this as a side dish 😚 We were also served pickles on the way and were so relieved by the kindness of the mother. ☺️ ▪️ Nankotsu (650 yen) Korikkori nankotsu (fried naankotsu) ❗️ Grilled to perfection to make it aromatic 🔥😏. The last one is a drizzle of the magic dipping sauce 😋😋. Delicious 👍 ▪️ Pork tongue (650 yen) & white pork chops (650 yen) It's been a while since I've had pork barbecue since there was not much beef on the menu 🐷🔥. Both are boiled, but thanks to the magic dipping sauce, everything tastes better 😂😂. The restaurant looks like a time slip ⏰. Suddenly, a neighborhood association meeting❓ started, people came to pay back the bill, and I was happy to see a rather austere scene👍 I ate a little too much at the first restaurant and the second restaurant was unexpectedly large, so I ended up at two restaurants this time 😌. Iida City = Yakiniku Heaven😇. I will definitely go back ❗️🏃‍♀️
