The red chicken broth soup from Nakamura Farm in Yatsugatake, Yamanashi Prefecture, is characterized by its rich yet light aftertaste. A soda mixed with Shaoxing wine using 'Gu Yue Long Shan Zhen Jiang Zhi Gong'. 'Gu Yue Long Shan Zhen Jiang Zhi Gong' uses some aged wine in the brewing water, which stops the alcohol fermentation faster than the usual method, allowing for the rich flavors derived from the glutinous rice to develop.
