A hidden gem restaurant offering creative Italian cuisine

Shishirian is a cozy Italian restaurant located in Tosu City, exuding a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The particularly popular "quiche pizza" features a unique Danish dough, providing a delightful melt-in-your-mouth texture. Additionally, the exquisite mentaiko pasta, with its thin noodles coated in a rich flavor, offers a perfect balance that is truly appealing.

There is a comforting atmosphere, and you can casually walk in. The staff spoke to me in a friendly manner, and the service was warm throughout. The mentaiko sauce was creamy, and there was a satisfying amount. The vegetables in the salad were crisp, and the soup had a comforting flavor. It was fun to choose the type of crust for the pizza, and any leftovers can be wrapped up for you. There is a parking lot in the alley across the road, and if it's your first time, it's reassuring to ask for directions.
