The aroma when grilled is reminiscent of high-quality butter, but the flavor is not overly salty; instead, the richness and deliciousness of the milk come through directly. You can choose from the following: steamed vegetables, butter-grilled oysters (5 pieces) for an additional 500 yen.
A rich cream risotto made with the most popular Comté cheese from France, mushrooms, and walnuts. Served in a large 20 kg Comté cheese wheel during the winter season, where customers can scoop it out themselves.
