We source the finest duck meat, carefully raised in Kyoto, in a fresh state, and immediately smoke it. By slowly heating it in low-temperature olive oil for an extended period, we achieve a tender texture and concentrated flavor. The side dish includes two types of green onions: one sautéed in duck oil and the other raw. - Large serving: 1,880 yen
