A highly-rated restaurant for premium soba and hot pot dishes

Located in Takami, Yahatanihonmachi, Ittoku offers a refined atmosphere where you can enjoy exquisite hand-made soba and exceptional hot pot dishes. The duck hot pot, in particular, pairs wonderfully with sake and wine, making it a standout dish. Additionally, the soba can be enjoyed with dipping sauce or coarse salt, and the recommended pairings with drinks enhance the experience. You can also savor wasabi from Azumino, Nagano Prefecture, and seasonal creative noodle dishes, ensuring that each visit brings new delicious discoveries.

The food comes out quickly after ordering, allowing for a smooth start to the meal. The fragrant handmade soba has a nice chewiness, and the broth has a gentle flavor that goes down easily. The tempura is hot and crispy, enhancing the flavors of the shrimp and vegetables. The sauce for the tempura rice bowl pairs well with the soba broth, making it enjoyable to eat until the end. The udon is also homemade, and it's nice to have the option of choosing between hot and cold. The interior has both table seating and tatami rooms, creating a relaxing atmosphere, and even when it's busy, the staff responds promptly.
