Nestled in a quiet mountain area, you can relax while enjoying the magnificent mountain views from the terrace. Inside, you can feel the warmth of wood, with jazz and classical music playing, and the good airflow makes it very pleasant. The iced coffee, made with freshly ground beans after ordering, is rich in aroma, with an excellent balance of depth and refreshment. The homemade ginger ale, made with water from Okuhida and ginger, enhanced with sansho and spices, warms your body when you drink it. The galette has a crispy yet chewy texture, and the aroma of buckwheat pairs perfectly with the flavor of wasabi. The moist sansho caramel cake is subtly sweet, with a hint of spice that lingers, making it enjoyable to savor slowly.
