The appetizers and pasta to the meat dishes are all of high quality, and I feel excited from the start. The pasta with baby sardines and cabbage has a firm texture, well-coated with fragrant oil and umami, and is very satisfying. The confit of local chicken liver is moist and smooth, with a gentle spread of smoky salt aroma. The white fish carpaccio has a light aftertaste with herbs and olive oil, and is visually appealing. The truffle and mushroom mashed potatoes are rich in aroma, bringing happiness with every bite. The pairing of prosciutto and sparkling wine is perfect, making it easy to keep drinking.
