Inside the crunchy cookie puff pastry, there is a rich custard cream made with plenty of Madagascar vanilla, packed tightly without any gaps.

This fluffy and somewhat nostalgic cake is baked using only the power of the ingredients, without any wheat or additives. It is made with locally sourced rice flour, eggs from chickens raised on local feed at Sakai Farm in Kuriyama Town, and beet sugar made from Hokkaido-grown beets rich in vitamins and minerals.

A classic style that brings out the deliciousness of the ingredients through trial and error with the cooking level measured in seconds. Caramel is served separately, allowing you to enjoy it at your preferred sweetness. There are two types: the traditional firmer 'Plain' and the moist and smooth 'Plain Soft'.

The coffee beans used for the pudding are selected by a dedicated barista in the store, who carefully monitors the sound and color of the beans using a direct-fire roaster to bring out their aroma and flavor. This coffee has a rich depth from dark-roasted espresso, harmonized with smooth milk, making it enjoyable even for those who are not fond of coffee, resulting in a mildly bitter finish. While leaving a lingering coffee aftertaste, the gentle sweetness of the milk spreads, creating a soft coffee pudding.

A new pudding created with two representative ingredients from Hokkaido. Utilizing the quality of cream cheese from the Kushiro area and Hokkaido-grown Danshaku potatoes, it offers a smooth and rich flavor without being overwhelming, reminiscent of a rare cheesecake. Enjoy the texture of the potatoes, with a few bits intentionally left in the smooth pudding.

Chocolate pudding created in collaboration with 'SOIL CHOCOLATE' from Sapporo, which sources cacao beans and makes chocolate. This pudding is made with original chocolate that balances sweetness and acidity, resulting in a refined and rich finish. Enjoy the crunchy texture combined with separately served chopped chocolate and crispy burdock flakes.
