This gentle coffee pudding leaves a lingering coffee aftertaste while the soft sweetness of the milk spreads.

A new pudding created from two representative ingredients of Hokkaido. Utilizing the quality of cream cheese from the Nuksan area and Hokkaido-grown Danshaku potatoes, it offers a smooth and rich flavor reminiscent of a rare cheesecake, without being overly heavy. Enjoy the texture of the potatoes, with a few small pieces intentionally left in the smooth pudding.

This is a chocolate pudding created in collaboration with 'SOIL CHO COLATE' in Sapporo, which sources cacao beans and makes chocolate. The original chocolate for this pudding has a balanced sweetness and acidity, resulting in a refined and rich finish. Enjoy the crunchy texture combined with the separately provided chopped chocolate and crispy burdock flakes.

This cake is baked using only the power of the ingredients without any wheat components or additives, resulting in a fluffy and somewhat nostalgic simple flavor. It uses rice flour from Hokkaido, eggs from chickens raised on local feed at Sakai Farm in Kuriyama Town, and beet sugar made from Hokkaido-grown sugar beets rich in vitamins and minerals.

Inside the crunchy cookie puff pastry, there is a rich custard cream made with plenty of Madagascar vanilla, packed tightly without any gaps.
