We have three stores in Osaka: this one (on the B1F of LUCUA), the Hankyu Food Hall store, and the Kintetsu Abeno Harukas store. What's great about this bakery is that there are many other specialties besides the bread: the flour is made by an original method, the butter is made by a special method with high quality butter, and the bread is made by a special method with high quality bread. The butter, in particular, seems to be produced by Snow Brand Megmilk, which uses an old-fashioned butter separator and transports it chilled from Hokkaido without freezing it once! The bread is made using the same method as that of Levain Liquid, a newly opened bakery in Namba Sky-O. The bread is fermented at a low temperature for a long time, baked thoroughly, and made with as little yeast as possible! The bread we had this time was Toasted Eggs Benedict🍳🍞¥-680 This is one of the DANISH TOAST items on the food menu and is highly recommended. Other items on the menu include Emmental cheese and mixed peppers, Hokkaido curry potatoes and Oyama bacon.
