The low-temperature cooked chicken liver is very impressive, and it pairs surprisingly well with a dish that includes spicy garlic chives. When you spread that liver on a sakura shrimp baguette and eat it like a paste, I felt it was the best combination. The lunch plate is beautifully arranged on a large dish with salad and small bowls, and each item feels meticulously prepared. The chicken thigh cutlet has corn mixed into the batter, which pairs perfectly with the sauce that enhances the flavor of the tomatoes. The appetizer resembles a platter of hors d'oeuvres, featuring a hearty quiche with a curry aroma and roasted vegetables. The red wine is smooth and easy to drink, making it easy to keep pouring another glass.
