As you exit Gakugei-Daigaku Station and go up the small entrance right away, a warm atmosphere spreads inside the shop. The dishes prepared carefully by the owner across the counter have a homely yet surprisingly deep flavor. From the hearty egg omelet to the grilled eggplant with cheese, every choice reflects a sense of effort and deliciousness. The appetizer, a dish of layered meat and tofu, to the curry omelet, is full of creativity and excitement. The lemon sour comes with large cuts of lemon, perfectly complementing the flavor of Kinmiya shochu. Even in the always bustling interior, it feels comfortable, and with a rich menu that changes with the seasons, I believe it’s a place you can enjoy time and again.
