Katsu Kura est un restaurant de tonkatsu très réputé à Nagano, célèbre pour ses plats mettant en valeur des ingrédients soigneusement sélectionnés de la région de Shinshu. Le tonkatsu préparé avec du porc noir se distingue par sa faible teneur en graisse, sa texture tendre sans nerfs et sa douceur, qui se révèle encore plus délicieuse lorsqu'elle est dégustée avec du sel. L'intérieur du restaurant est propre et le service est attentif, offrant un espace confortable. En particulier, le chou et le riz sont à volonté, ce qui augmente encore la satisfaction.
