Katsu Kura è un ristorante di tonkatsu molto rinomato a Nagano, famoso per i suoi piatti che utilizzano ingredienti selezionati della regione di Shinshu. Il tonkatsu preparato con maiale nero è caratterizzato da una consistenza tenera e dolce, con poco grasso e senza nervi, e il suo sapore viene esaltato ulteriormente se gustato con sale.
