Located in Hitachinaka City, this sushi restaurant is accessible by cab from Kanagami Station. Sushi using fresh seafood is beautiful to look at, and you can enjoy a menu that reflects the season. Opened in April 2008. Even if they purchase fresh ingredients, they do not serve them immediately to customers. Instead, they are particular about everything from "when to prepare the sushi," "how long to let the sushi rest," "the amount of rice to match the ingredients," and "seasoning. He puts his whole heart and soul into serving sushi so that customers can enjoy it in its exquisitely delicious state and leave satisfied.

Fascinated by a book specializing in Japanese cuisine, he decided to pursue a career in Japanese cuisine. After graduating from high school, he looked for his own restaurant and trained for three years at Akiji Drunken Heart, a kaiseki restaurant in Nishi-Shinbashi. After that, he wanted to own a restaurant in his hometown, so he worked at a sushi restaurant in Hitachinaka City for 10 years, where he mastered the art of sushi.
