Upon entering the restaurant, I found a long wooden counter that made me feel relaxed right away. The flavors of each dish, such as the fried chicken and the spiced sausages, reflect the care put into them. The fried conger eel and Manjiro chili had a fun texture reminiscent of tacos, which made me smile. The cold fine noodles with salmon roe and crab had a refreshing ocean aroma that lifted my spirits. The sour drink with Sichuan pepper and the glass of wine paired perfectly with the dishes, making me want to keep drinking. The warm service, with staff adjusting the portions and seeing me off, was also impressive.
