The cooking of the meat dishes is outstanding, and the flavors are well pronounced. The oysters are also very delicious. The wine selection is good, and the combinations with the dishes are enjoyable, enhancing the flavors even more. The homemade bread, rillettes, assorted appetizers, and desserts are all carefully prepared, resulting in a high level of satisfaction.

I wanted to try a different type than last time, so I arrived a bit earlier, around 14:30, and found about four groups waiting. A la carte ◇ Roast chicken and potato tartine I couldn't help but buy it since it used the homemade béchamel sauce that impressed me last time with the croque monsieur. As expected, this béchamel sauce is exquisite. Above all, the appearance and volume are enticing. There are plenty of potatoes, and the roast chicken is thick, making it very satisfying to eat. ◇ Cheese and homemade olive cocktail petit pain The cheese has evolved from the petit pain I enjoyed last time. ◇ Macaron marron café The Danish pastry bread I wanted to try. The volume is impressive, and as expected, the price is also high.
