Nagoya Champon cooked by a sommelier Nagoya's local chanpon (థ公థ...chanpon means to mix... ✧Д✧) Kakk! It is also used to drink alcohol...(థ公థ...) Various ingredients from Aichi Prefecture are used in this dish. Nagoya Cochin, Kakuyu Hatcho Miso, prawns and even squid are all made in Aichi Prefecture. Special Nagoya Champon 1,250 yen The seared red shrimp is a nice visual treat! What is this? The sommelier owner has smartly created a local chanpon (థ公థ.) This is the most delicious chanpon ever! The flat noodles made with kinuakari (a type of rice flour) are chunky and perfectly intertwined with the chicken white soup. I've never encountered chanpon noodles like this before. Thank you very much!

The popular menu item that caused a sensation last year is back! ▪️ Special Koro-Champon I wondered if this menu could somehow express the beauty of this restaurant and its careful work ( ✧Д✧) ☆☆☆☆☆☆! With this in mind...I asked the owner to serve the ingredients on a separate plate.... ▪️Special Koro Chanpon without all the ingredients! ▪️TP Nagoya Cochin Eggs This time, a miracle also happened. I was impressed by the homemade flat noodles and the shining broth, which were worthy of the name "Koroh" (✧Д✧) Kak! I can't put it into words.... I can't get enough of it! Special chanpon Too beautiful chanpon (✧Д✧) kak! I've been to this place before and it was delicious, but I was also impressed by the beautiful visuals. And now they have a menu that is perfect for this summer (๑̀ㅂ-́)و✧ Special Koro-Champon The perfect fusion of Koro and Champon noodles for this season. I'll be waiting to observe the sommelier owner's meticulous work. The clear broth is a cool soup of chicken and knots (; ・・`д・´), which is intertwined with the firm noodles, and it goes down your throat nicely ( థ公థ.) The myoga and yuzu kosho (Japanese pepper with yuzu citrus) also did a great job and were very refreshing. This is a restaurant that aims to be the best local chanpon, but it's just on a different level. I'm going to revisit this place in the summer. Thanks for the food!
