In a calm interior that makes use of a traditional house, the noren (fabric dividers) and gate are impressive. Upon entering, you ring a small bell to signal your arrival, and it's fun to choose your favorite seat. The thin, well-prepared 100% buckwheat soba has a firm texture, and its aroma spreads pleasantly, bringing happiness. The pure white Sarashina soba is visually beautiful, and when enjoyed with dipping sauce, you can savor its fragrance. There is also a pale greenish jade soba, and it's interesting to compare the differences in color and flavor. You can enjoy fresh wasabi, pickles, the soba broth at the end, and even handmade-style desserts, making for a high level of satisfaction.
