A Harmony of Showa Retro and Authentic Coffee

Green Spot is a nostalgic café that exudes a Showa retro atmosphere, located in Beppu. Upon stepping inside, you are greeted by a unique space featuring an extraction machine reminiscent of a chemistry experiment. The cold brew coffee, extracted over 48 hours, boasts a rich depth of flavor unlike anything you've ever tasted, overwhelming visitors with its quality. It's a hidden gem where you can savor a cup crafted with artisan skill in a comfortable setting.

This is a shop where you can find beans roasted in my own workshop. There is a rich variety of beans from different regions, and you can have them prepared to your preferred roast level. The cold brew, which takes time to extract, has a rich aroma and a pleasant aftertaste. A cup topped with soft whipped cream is smooth and creamy, with a wonderful balance of bitterness and sweetness. It's also nice to be able to enjoy it slowly in a calm space. Sitting at the counter, you can gradually feel the depth of the coffee, which is exciting.
