The grilled chicken thigh over charcoal is fragrant and makes you want to eat more. The generous serving of yuzu pepper adds a nice kick, tightening the flavor. The surface is crispy while the inside is juicy, and the more you chew, the more the umami spreads. The interior has a counter at the center with tables in the back, making it comfortable to spend time alone. There is a rich selection of shochu and sake, and it's fun to find rare brands. The staff's sense of distance is pleasant, and overall, the atmosphere is very comfortable.
