Exquisite charcoal-grilled dishes in a refined traditional house

Robata Hyoutan Futabasou is a stylish robatayaki izakaya renovated from a traditional house. The charm lies in its style of grilling fresh seafood, carefully selected meats, and vegetables over charcoal around an irori (traditional hearth). The signature dish, 'genshi-yaki' (primitive grill), is especially beloved for its fragrant flavor, winning the hearts of many customers. With a warm wooden interior, you can enjoy a pleasant time in a calm atmosphere.

Upon entering, the traditional atmosphere is exciting, with cooking happening around the central fire pit. They carefully grill fish and shrimp right in front of you, and the aroma spreads, making your appetite grow. The first soup that comes out has a gentle flavor that warms your body. The specialty sweetfish has just the right amount of salt, and the flesh is plump, pairing well with sake. The white oden with rich dashi and the grilled rice balls with sea bream dashi chazuke were also incredibly satisfying in taste. You can choose warm green tea or corn tea, and combined with the lively atmosphere right in front of you, it makes for an enjoyable time.
