The skewered chicken breast is made from 100% domestically sourced chicken, ensuring a 'moist' texture. Fresh meat is used, and it is grilled over strong charcoal to lock in the juices without losing moisture. By minimizing the browning, this 'moist' texture is achieved.

When it comes to Kushidori, this kamameshi is a must-try. The freshly cooked flavor, made with a secret broth, is in a league of its own. We serve it with broth and condiments. For the second serving of kamameshi, pour the broth over it for ochazuke! *Please note that it takes about 30 minutes for the kamameshi to be ready.
