Our signature gyoza are all handmade! The owner cuts fresh vegetables by hand every day, and all the nutrients and flavor of the vegetables, which would inevitably escape if cut by machine, are concentrated in the bean paste (filling)! Of course, the dough for the dumplings is also handmade! We make each gyoza with love and care, changing the ratio of ingredients (water content) according to the season and weather.

219 yen/429 yen/660 yen (tax included) Our gyoza is made with the desire of our craftsmen to create gyoza that can only be tasted here. After re-evaluating the recipe from scratch, we have finally arrived at this flavor. Please enjoy the unique aroma of garlic that spreads in your mouth the moment you bite into it, along with the balanced harmony of vegetables and minced meat. You can choose with or without garlic, making it a great recommendation for customers who have work the next day or for female customers!
329 yen/605 yen/975 yen (tax included) We have continued to preserve the flavor that can only be achieved by handmade. The gyoza, carefully wrapped one by one in the skin and baked, is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Please be sure to try it when you visit our restaurant!
