In the calm space of the hotel, the style of gathering around the iron plate in front of you is exciting. The chef engages in conversation while cooking, allowing you to fully enjoy the fun of a live kitchen. Savory dishes like Akashi-style pancakes with Wagyu beef and mini burgers with lobster appear one after another, each perfectly seasoned. To finish, freshly made taiyaki and matcha fondant chocolate emerge from the iron plate, enveloping the space in a sweet aroma. When paired with carefully selected organic tea and rock tea, the fragrance harmonizes beautifully with the dishes. Even the sakura shrimp risotto and butterbur ice cream are meticulously prepared, providing a highly satisfying experience until the very end.
