在酒店寧靜的空間中，圍繞著眼前的鐵板的用餐風格令人興奮。廚師一邊與客人交談一邊烹飪，讓人充分體驗到現場廚房的樂趣。和牛明石燒和小龍蝦迷你漢堡等鹹食接連上桌，味道恰到好處。最後，剛出爐的鯛魚燒和抹茶巧克力蛋糕從鐵板上現身，甜美的香氣彌漫開來。搭配對茶葉有講究的有機茶和岩茶，香氣與料理相得益彰。櫻蝦燉飯和蕗的花冰淇淋都非常用心，讓我在最後的時刻也感到非常滿意。
