This is a restaurant with a traditional and calm atmosphere where you can enjoy grilled meat leisurely. The first dish I tried was beef tongue sashimi, which had a melting texture and filled my mouth with umami. The salted tongue and marinated short ribs had a moderate flavor that made me want to eat more rice. Rare cuts like skirt steak and beef tripe with skin were also fresh, and each bite offered a different texture that was enjoyable. Besides grilled meat, cold noodles and kimbap were also available, making them perfect as a palate cleanser. There is a parking lot, making it easy to come by car, so I think it's a great place to gather with friends and have a good time.
