In addition to soba, there are also udon and rice bowls, and they offer the rare Tartary buckwheat. The thin soba made with seaweed has a firm texture and goes down smoothly. I liked the moderate roughness on the surface, which allows the dipping sauce to blend well. The sauce has a good balance of sweetness and spiciness, making it easy for anyone to enjoy. The tempura, such as shrimp and whiting, is also delicious, and the combination with soba is enjoyable. The interior of the restaurant is spacious, allowing for a relaxed experience.
