In a shop with a pleasant scent of wood, you can enjoy your meal in a calm atmosphere. The eel is grilled to a crispy skin, and the flesh is fluffy and satisfying to eat. The sauce is mildly sweet with a refreshing aftertaste, which pairs well with the rice. The rice is cooked fluffy and complements the eel nicely. It comes with liver soup and pickles, which is comforting. There is eel meat even between the rice, and I was satisfied until the last bite.
