The grilled chicken breast is tender and juicy, with just the right level of grilling. The gizzards, tail, and heart each have their own distinct texture and flavor. In addition to chicken sashimi and breast sashimi, there is a variety of preparations including liver and heart, which is exciting. The confit of offal and the simmered dish are moist and well-infused with flavor. There is a wide selection of sake, which is great because you can choose according to your preference. The final chicken porridge has a gentle taste, allowing you to enjoy it pleasantly until the end.
