Le plat principal de fuhara aux tomates et aux okras était copieux et je n'ai pas pu le finir, mais j'ai pu l'emporter, ce qui était bien

C'est un restaurant tellement populaire que les clients suivants attendent dehors. La raison en est que la viande est délicieuse et tendre. Ils expliquent aussi les méthodes de cuisson et de dégustation, et aujourd'hui, ils recommandent ce plat particulier, ce qui est très satisfaisant. Ils prennent également soin de nous informer lorsque les toilettes sont libres, et bien que je pense qu'ils soient occupés, je suis très satisfait du service du personnel. Avec une telle viande à ce prix ! Je le recommande absolument. C'était pratique car c'est tout près de la station de métro Minamimorimachi. Merci pour ce repas.

Since my first visit for lunch, I have been impressed by everything about this wonderful restaurant, from the deliciousness of the food to the commitment to ingredients, the curiosity in cooking, the atmosphere of the place, and the service from the staff. I have returned for lunch several times since then. Recently, I finally had the chance to visit for dinner, and it was just an emotional experience!
What stood out to me in particular were the roasted organic vegetables, the cod milt croquette, the sake lees gnocchi, and the homemade herb pappardelle.
Everything I ate was delicious, but the pasta, in particular, allowed me to truly enjoy the flavors of the vegetables and ingredients in a way that I could never experience elsewhere.
