It is a long-established eel restaurant founded in 1866 in Ginza, Tokyo. The Yokohama Sogo branch is located on the 10th floor of Yokohama Sogo. The meat is so tender that it can be easily cut with chopsticks, and the light, dry sauce is a specialty of this long-established Ginza restaurant.
