In a calm interior that makes use of an old folk house, the antique items at the entrance and the tatami mat seating are quite pleasant. There is a small garden arranged by the window, allowing you to enjoy the scenery without being bothered by the road outside. The soba noodles seem to be made with a two-to-eight ratio, with beautifully defined edges; they are slightly thicker yet have a nice elasticity and smooth texture. When quickly dipped in the slightly spicy dipping sauce, the aroma of bonito spreads pleasantly, making it enjoyable to eat. The tempura is light and crispy, and when eaten with salt, the flavor of the vegetables becomes clear, providing great satisfaction. Hearing that the soba is locally sourced from Sekita makes the experience in this charming space feel even more special.
