Only tiger puffer fish processed at our restaurant is used.
This course includes "Unaju (eel) Jyu", which is made from a single eel, as the rice dish.
Please note that we are not able to input the market value, so please use the amount as a rough estimate. Please make a reservation at least one week in advance.
We accept three types of orders: 11,000, 13,200, and 15,400.
This is the famous eel steamed in the style of Seiro in Yanagawa, Fukuoka. The eel is grilled on the spot, and the rice is mixed with sauce.
<Feature> Our main dish is shabu-shabu served in a broth that has been carefully simmered over time to draw out the rich umami flavor from the conger eel. Using our proprietary technique, the conger eel’s skin is tender and snow-white. The meal concludes with conger eel rice porridge.
※ Items that cannot be eaten elsewhere are available. Shabu-shabu eel, thinly sliced eel, etc. The reservation course is a great value.
