A Juicy and Lively Hamburger Experience

This specialty restaurant proudly serves hamburgers made from 100% black wagyu and domestic beef, without any fillers. The signature hamburger is presented in a semi-cooked block, which guests can finish cooking to their preferred doneness on a hot plate. The burst of juices and the enticing aroma stimulate the appetite. After the meal, diners can enjoy the fun of making garlic rice with the leftover juices on the hot plate, ensuring that every last bite is enjoyable.

The hamburger feels like it doesn't have any unnecessary ingredients and is soft and tender. It is served rare, and you can finish it to your liking on the hot plate. When you cut it in half and grill the cross-section, the juices overflow, and the aroma becomes intense. The salad is also refreshing and is just right in between bites. The toppings of grated daikon with ponzu sauce and curry pair perfectly. It's fun to stir-fry the rice with the meat juices and garlic salt from the hot plate at the end, and the staff's guidance is polite and reassuring.
