Upon entering the cozy shop, a warm atmosphere spreads out, making me feel at ease. The handmade side dishes lined up at the counter are all colorful, and I couldn't help but ask for some. The friendly owner asks about my preferences, so it's delightful to receive a dish that suits me naturally. The specialty, dango soup, is filled with a mountain of vegetables and chewy dumplings, offering a simple yet profound flavor. The onion tempura has a light batter, enhancing its sweetness and bringing a smile to my face. In the comforting feeling of being back in a countryside home, I was able to enjoy plenty of vegetables and felt revitalized.
