As soon as I entered the restaurant, a fragrant aroma spread out, and I felt excited. The chicken sizzling on the gas stove had a delightful texture, perfectly complemented by the gentle flavor of soy sauce. The sweetness of the cabbage and onions added to the dish, allowing me to enjoy it without getting bored until the end. The rich umami of the beef offal, when grilled together, made the fat's richness call for more rice, and I couldn't help but ask for a second helping. The small dishes like cold tofu and miso soup were also carefully prepared, contributing to a good overall balance. Thanks to the cheerful atmosphere created by the staff, I was able to enjoy a relaxed and pleasant dining experience.
