This is Apple Mint’s special dinner-only course, featuring a menu with a strong emphasis on Japanese cuisine, created by a former top-tier hotel chef who boasts over 10 years of experience as a sushi chef. The menu features local ingredients, and the main course includes a steak made from “Togeshita Beef,” a brand-name beef from Takehara. We also offer local sake from Takehara’s three renowned breweries, so please be sure to enjoy the Japanese cuisine on the menu.
