The medium fatty tuna was lightly fatty, but had a delicious and robust flavor 🤤🤤. And although it wasn't nigiri, the No. 1 dish of the day was miso soup 😂‼️ The soup has a rich seafood broth that is amazing 🤤! The owner says that the miso soup is the most time-consuming 🤤🤤🤤🤤. This dish with various seafood broth was just like a bouillabaisse 🤤🤤🤤. I was amazed at the cost performance which would never be possible in Tokyo 😂😂Next time I will visit at night 🙌🙌 Eating log 3.70 TOP5000

We made a long-awaited first visit to the famous Michelin-starred Sushi Restaurant Hitoshi in Hiroshima. I had been curious about the restaurant for a long time and finally got a reservation. When we entered the restaurant, we were somewhat nervous because of the simple wooden interior, but the owner was very kind and greeted us kindly. We had sashimi and albacore for starters, and the sushi, which was made quickly, was excellent. It was our first time to visit such a sushi restaurant, so we were glad to have such a precious experience.
