Our restaurant's specialty! We use grilled flying fish made with Takahashi's unique method. The flavored oil is a special blend developed by Takahashi that maximizes the aroma of grilled flying fish. The noodles are custom-made in collaboration with a long-established noodle shop. You can enjoy the last drop by adding white rice to the remaining soup to make grilled flying fish dashi chazuke.
This is a hearty bowl of grilled dried bonito salt ramen topped with pork belly chashu, seasoned egg, seaweed, and more.
A sauce that luxuriously uses Sekigahara tamari soy sauce, bringing out the charm of soy sauce. You can enjoy the rich aroma of soy sauce that does not lose to the back fat. Adding white rice to the remaining soup and enjoying it like ochazuke will increase your satisfaction.
