The wooden counter is comfortable, allowing for relaxation in a quiet atmosphere. The flow is to settle in after completing the payment first, making it easy to use. The handmade 2:8 soba has a firm texture, and its aroma is gentle and delicious. The dipping sauce, which has the flavor of genuine bonito flakes, has a crisp taste that pairs well with the soba. The tempura shrimp is plump and cooked just right, and the vegetables are also delicious. You can see the cooking process over the counter, making the waiting time enjoyable.
