Drowning in hearty cosy yakiniku - Fitanimei.com Store Information Just between Tanimachi 4-chome and Tenmabashi. We came to "Drowning Beef" with its catchy name, hoping to drown ourselves in the meat by serving 200 grams of meat per person. This is the reason for the name of the restaurant. Interior view The interior of the restaurant, with only an L-shaped counter, is clean. It is nice to be able to watch the cutting process. Dishes Tongue salt ¥1,260 This is the price for a half-size portion. This tongue was delicious. It is a fairly thick slice, but thanks to the tenderness of the sashi and the careful cutting, you can bite through it easily. Not only did it taste great, but the visual was also excellent. If I can get a good video of it, it will be a big hit. Halami (Halami) 1,260 yen Next is the Halami. The balance of lean meat and sashi is perfect. We carefully cooked it so that the outside would not get burnt. It is served with wasabi soy sauce. I was impressed by the fusion of the healthy flavor similar to filet mignon and the melt-in-your-mouth fat. The tan mentioned earlier and this harami are a must order. Cocoro 780 yen Don't forget about the hormone dishes. The kokoro still had its characteristic rich flavor and crunchy texture. The little bit of fat left on the meat is a nice complement. Nakaniku This meat is classified as sotomomo. It has almost no fat due to its high physical activity. Because it becomes tough if cooked directly, it is often eaten in sukiyaki or shabu-shabu, but here it is served in yakiniku style. It is just right to grill it quickly on both sides. Be careful not to overcook it, as it will become tough. Seared beef (yukke-style) 950 yen Not only the yakiniku but also the a la carte dishes were of high quality. Sake Makgeolli Beer Makgeolli Beer is a 1:1 mix of makgeolli and beer. It was easy to drink and delicious, with a sweetness reminiscent of Hugarden. Price About 10,000 (2 persons) It is quite hot to eat meat of this quality for around 5,000 yen per person. The taste and the cosmetics are so good that I can't find any reason not to go there. What about similar restaurants? Tenma] "Horumon Nagaoka Ikuno] "Yakiniku dining Inaho Taniku] "Yakiniku Haruka The delicious restaurant similar to "Drowning Cow". What about nearby restaurants? Tanimachi 6-chome] "Sushi Sanshin Tenmabashi] "Meat Master Sakura Taniku] "Yakiniku Haruka Delicious restaurants within walking distance of "Drowning Cow". Summary I didn't know there was such a restaurant in the Tenmabashi area, which I don't often visit. Please come to this restaurant. I am sure you will be satisfied.
