The beloved taste of a long-established restaurant

Ippachi Honten boasts over 120 years of history since its founding in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture. The interior has a cozy atmosphere reminiscent of a traditional set meal restaurant. A wide variety of noodles, including soba, udon, and kishimen, are available, along with a rich selection of side dishes. The gentle flavors are particularly appealing to older patrons, making it a charming place that invites you to return time and again.

This is a long-established shop in Nagoya, and the atmosphere inside is lively. The miso-nikomi is rich in flavor, and it includes kamaboko and chicken, which is satisfying. The tempura has a light aroma of sesame oil and a good flavor. The shrimp and grated daikon soba is thin and has a nice texture, and it is fun to have various tempura on top. The egg-topped kishimen has a gentle taste of dashi, which is comforting. Overall, the portions are on the lighter side, so you can order several dishes that catch your interest and enjoy them.
