Heure de la visite : 11/2019 Soir

A new restaurant that just opened. I was curious about it after seeing it on social networking sites. Visited around 6pm on Sunday. There were only two customers in front of us, but more and more customers started coming in later. By the time we started eating, the restaurant was full. The restaurant is clean and the waitresses are smiling and provide pleasant service. There are two kinds of water, lemon water and tea, and it is self-serve. Since I was there, I drank one at a time. Ajitama ramen in soy sauce (900 yen) The soup has a lot of oil. But it was not oily, and the soup was quite refreshing. I liked the taste so much that I drank it all up. The noodles are made of whole wheat flour, and the aroma of whole wheat flour can be felt well. Toppings were thinly sliced chicken and pork, Menma (bamboo shoots), mitsuba (mitsuba), and scallion, All of them are also delicious! Also, the ajitama (seasoned eggs) were very tasty, with a nice half-boiled consistency. I had an image that this type of ramen noodles were not very thick. but this ramen had a relatively large amount of noodles. I was full. I would like to revisit again!

✏️Mensho Ichigumanbai〗〖Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto-shi〗. ------------------------ I was hungry, so after taking a shower at the hotel I went here for dinner time♪ New restaurant opened on 2019/09/20✨ They have a connection with Hayashida in Shinjuku 😊. That's inevitably to be expected 🔥. ♣︎ Raamen (💴800) When the noodles were lifted, my first impression was that the noodles were pressed tightly together at the bottom. My first impression is that it looks hard to eat 💦. The noodles have a slightly milky texture, are cubed, and have a coarse texture due to the whole wheat flour in them. The temperature of the soup is quite hot. On the contrary, it feels like that's what's killing the flavor. More chicken oil is turned around, but I don't think it coats the noodles well. Even in the aftertaste, the spiciness of the soy sauce is a little overpowering. I hope the chicken flavor will not be defeated. Overall, it just seemed like too much noodle. It would be easier to eat if the noodles were softly placed in the soup instead of spread out 🤔. I heard that their mazesoba is popular, so I would like to try that next time I have a chance to visit. Thanks for the food. *❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❈⁎❈*❋⁎❈ 🍜 Menzoku Mensho Ichigokumabu @ 1F World Kaikan, 71 Daikoku-cho, Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto-shi, Kyoto Sanjo station 5 min.
