This is a specialty shop for oil soba, where you can feel the commitment to the ingredients. The chewy noodles are complemented by the aroma of fish powder, and the more you mix, the more delicious it becomes. You can change the flavor with vinegar, chili oil, and salt sauce, making it enjoyable to eat until the end. The bowl with the fragrance of seaweed, the menu resembling a hot egg and butter dish, and the gyoza were all satisfying. The counter seating is great for enjoying a meal quickly, even alone. It's also nice that you can enjoy it at home with takeout or delivery.
