Seating with a view of the garden allows soft light to come in, making it a pleasant place to spend time. Although it is indoors, there is a sense of openness that makes you feel the outside air, and the atmosphere is very lovely. The presentation of the dishes is three-dimensional and delicate, providing visual enjoyment as well. The first dish features tuna tartare combined with fragrant olive ingredients, which pairs perfectly with the bread. The contrast between a rich, flavorful dish and a dish with the tartness of raspberry vegetables is pleasing, and the flow of flavors is beautiful. There is also a wide variety of noodle dishes, and the commitment to local ingredients and the attentiveness of the staff is heartwarming.
