It was an exciting moment as I entered the cute lodge-style shop filled with miscellaneous goods and sweets. The handmade cakes and chunky chocolate muffins become fluffy when warmed, and the chocolate melts, bringing a feeling of happiness. The hojicha jelly has a smooth texture that glides down the throat, and its roasted flavor lingers. During lunchtime, there is also soup pasta, which has a gentle taste that brings comfort. The staff is attentive, and when I asked for a fortune, I received a positive message that lightened my heart. Spending time outdoors while feeling the gentle breeze allows you to forget about time and refresh yourself in this wonderful place.

The interior visible through the large glass is simply decorated with concrete, and the tableware is stylish and calming. The first dish, soba tea, has a fragrant aroma that brings a sense of relief with the first sip. The course includes a vegetable salad mixed with fried soba, providing a delightful texture, and the rice served in a bamboo bowl is nicely accented with homemade smoked takuan and tiny fish. The tofu dishes are also abundant, with the green pea tofu being colorful and pairing well with the sauce and soba grains and stems. The fried soba tofu has melted cheese inside, adding richness that brings a smile to your face. The tempura is crispy and fragrant, even the heads and legs of the shrimp, and after enjoying it with salt mixed with soba grains, slurping the thin noodles in a robust dipping sauce brings a sense of satisfaction.
