A monja restaurant with the warmth and deliciousness of the downtown

Manten is a renowned monja-yaki restaurant that stands out on Tsukishima's monja street. Loved by locals, this establishment offers a fun experience where you can learn the traditional way of making monja. They also have a wide variety of okonomiyaki, with fluffy and chewy batter that perfectly balances with the ingredients, filling your mouth with flavor.

It's fun to cook together in front of the iron plate and enjoy the freshly made dishes. The restaurant is clean, and each table has partitions, making it comfortable. You can store your coat and bags inside the chairs, so you can relax without worrying about odors. The staff kindly teaches you how to prepare the dishes, and I was impressed by their skillful handling. The mentaiko, mochi, and cheese monjayaki has a great aroma and richness, and adding Baby Star snacks pairs perfectly. You can also enjoy a lighter flavor, so it tastes even better when everyone gathers around the iron plate.
